The house overlooks a valley with an unassuming pasture road passing east
and west in the distance. Over 150 years ago it was considered an old
wagon trail. Passing east to west, it was just north of an impassable
mountain ridge extending to the east Just to the north were miles
and miles of rocky terrain which were difficult for wagons to pass thru.
Located in the Hill Country near the corners of Mason, Llano, San Saba, and McCulloch Counties. 5 miles north of Pontotoc Texas which is located at the intersection of Hwy 71 and Hwy 501. With many miles of remote Highways and country roads to explore and enjoy by motor cycle, or bicycle. It is located in the most geologically diverse area in Texas.
